  Choose your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label or a QR code for a printer-free drop-off experience.

  Package the Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer of your choice.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
